recent goings on

It was great to have Jon arrive and have daddy back. He really helped us get going with getting our house settled. Here are just a few recent events.

We're winning our war with the mosquitoes. Here's just a sample of the piles we collect in the Mosquito Magnet! There are thousands of those dead little things :)

Carter loves finding the turtles in our yard. Not sure if it's the same turtle every time or not, but his name is Fred.

While Jon's parents were here visiting, we took a day trip to Itasca State Park where the Mississippi River starts. Jon and Carter standing in the start of the river (I love it when they both have their matching hats on).

Graham ate his lunch at the visitor's center. They have a kid area with hands-on activities and a great information center.

Graham liked the slick floor, but it was hard to get crawling on because he kept slipping.
