Carter's MDO had a Christmas program. They've told me that during rehearsals Carter will sometimes plug his ears and refuse to sing. He kept telling that he's going to sing really loud during the program. He never did sing, and I could hardly keep him on stage. He came off the stage down to me 5 times.
That night Jon asked him why he wouldn't stay on stage. Carter said, "It was crowded up there, and I wanted my mommy." He loves watching it on our TV now, though!
(No pics for this--couldn't get a good one. I thought Carter might have one from his vantage point up on stage because I let him take the camera up there with him as a bribe to go back up there, but nope!)
