recent happenings...

Busy boys!

At 8 months, Graham is finally getting some finger foods, but he isn't really too interested in them.
Watching the guys take the cover off of the pool was big excitement! Carter had lots of questions and comments, such as "That guy 'crewdrivering has a cigarette. I don't want him to catch the backyard on fire." You can see his hand out "wondering" about something (he was asking me something, but I can't remember what).
Woo-hoo! Big driver Carter and cousin Molly cruising the backyard in Ft. Worth. Molly had control of the gas and brakes for us. Kyle and Lauren were away getting haircuts during this action.
What a big guy sitting up! One day he was a wobbler, and the next day he could just do it as if it were nothing. He looks so proud of himself!

Water was getting pumped off the pool cover, so Carter used it to put out all of the fires in the backyard.

This bear at the zoo came down off of a rock and rolled onto its back right in front of the window for us.

Graham on his first visit to Ft. Worth! Not his first visit to Texas, though. That happened when he was 6 weeks old for OU/TX weekend at the Heilig's house.

This completely cracks me up (except when I'm needing to set Graham down in it). He gets in, spins around, and flies the plane, but he can't get out on his own!
