tricky napping

With Graham out of his crib napping has gotten a little tricky. By the time Graham is done playing and finally falls asleep, it's almost time to go pick up Carter from school.

It kills me to wake this up!
Obviously, he wasn't ready to be woken up and rode like this to Carter's school.
