stretchy man

Carter was busy working at my little desk in the laundry room. When I asked what he was working on, he told me "Stretchy Man! See, his arms are stretchy, his hair stretches, and his cheeks are chunky because they stretch, too!" Then, he asked me how to spell "stretchy" and then "adventures."

When he wanted to write it again, I wrote it out on my dry erase board instead of going letter by letter, and he liked copying it off the board.

Before Stretchy Man, he drew a picture for me and had written "To Carrie" on it without asking me how to spell my name. I love that he has it memorized :)
